Create a foundation in your community

Your Medical Access Community Foundation 

The Medical Access system was designed to help communities set up their own local direct primary care systems easily.  The Medical Access national organization will not be directly involved in the day-to-day running of any local foundation but we will provide the complete system and background support.

Each community foundation will include physicians and non-medical community members who will serve as members of the Board of Directors.  They will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the foundation which will include financial management, marketing, and  recruitment of physician practices.  Board members will be compensated for their time.
